Workspace ONE Access will be performing a DNS update in the Canada environment (*.vmwareidentity.ca) on Monday, April 17, 2023 between 01:30 and 02:30 EST. DNS records for cas.vmwareidentity.ca and certproxy.vmwareidentity.ca will be updated using the existing Workspace ONE Access published IP Addresses for the Canada region. There will be no downtime during this maintenance, however, some Android SSO or Certificate Authentication requests may receive a connection reset response during the update. Requests are expected to succeed when retried.
