Workspace ONE Access is performing maintenance on databases in the United States region for domains vmwareidentity.com, workspaceoneaccess.com and workspaceair.com on Sunday, September 17 between 00:00 and 03:00 EDT.
During the maintenance, there will be brief service disruptions impacting new login requests, directory sync, and administrator changes. The disruptions are expected to cumulatively be less than 10 minutes total. Customers might observe higher request latency, a timeout, or a server error response. Users logged in before the maintenance window still will be able to access most service features.
Service reliability is a top priority at Workspace ONE, and we are making continuous improvements to better our systems.
