· Customer's network connectivity will be impacted 3 times and per each interval, we are expecting 5 minutes of downtime with a maximum of 30 minutes downtime in the complete window mentioned.
· Since network connectivity will get impacted, customer sessions will get disconnected but they can re-connect to the same session again within 5 minutes of time.
· Virtual Desktop uptime
· Changes to pools, Active directory and general setting in admin portals are not affected
· The customer able to perform pool expansions
· Customer able to perform power operations
