Workspace ONE Assist is scheduled to undergo preventative Database infrastructure maintenance on January 29th, 2023.
Maintenance Window: • Start: Sunday, January 29th, 2023, 12:00AM EST • End: Sunday, January 29th, 2023, 04:00AM EST
Impact: During this time frame, users can expect the following: Workspace ONE UEM users will not be able to launch Assist Remote Management sessions New Device will not be able to enroll/register into Assist Remote Management system
Impact Duration: • We expect the actual downtime to be less than 5min between 12:00 AM to 12:05AM EST. This maintenance will conducted during business off-hours
