Horizon Cloud Service Next-Gen is going to perform an Emergency Data Center Maintenance in Japan, Australia and India regions during the below maintenance window.
The Japan, Australia and India Regional MQTT Server certificates will be updated to use a Public Certificate Authority for signing.
This maintenance is part of the updates outlined in the previously communicated knowledge base article: Knowledge BasHorizon Cloud Service transition to Omnissa (6000824)e (https://kb.omnissa.com/s/article/6000824)
Maintenance Window: • Start: Wednesday, July 02, 2025, 12:30 UTC • End: Wednesday, July 02, 2025, 20:30 UTC
Impact: • Virtual Machines (VMs) with Horizon Agent versions older than 24.4, may lose connectivity to the Horizon Cloud next-gen control plane after this update. This means: • Users won’t be able to access the affected Virtual Machines (VMs) and applications. • The VMs will show as "Unavailable" in the Horizon Universal Console. • For instructions on how to recover and repair these affected VMs, please refer to following KB article: Repairing and Recovering Single-session and Multi-session Pool VMs That Lose Connectivity to Horizon Cloud Next-Gen after Root CA Update (6000944)(https://kb.omnissa.com/s/article/6000944) • VMs with Horizon Agent version 24.4 or higher are generally unaffected except Next-Gen desktop or application users may experience intermittent access issues. However, retry should succeed.
