Horizon Cloud Service is performing a control plane upgrade on Japan environment in the below maintenance window.
Horizon Cloud Maintenance Window: • Start: Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 15:00 UTC • End: Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 16:30 UTC
Impact: All Japan customers may have issues accessing Horizon Admin Console during this 90 minutes maintenance window
Customer Action Items: It may be noted that Current IP (20.48.66.153 ) for Japan Region Horizon Control Plane will be changed to 20.78.24.77 post migration and it is requested to make sure new IP is whitelisted ahead of migration.
