Deployment Details: Resource service will be initially deployed to a single region (Canada) to ensure a controlled and smooth rollout. Continuous monitoring will be in place to track performance and ensure reliability.

Maintenance Details:
No expected impact on usage performance; customers should experience the same level of service. No down time is expected during this migration.

Timeline:
• Start: Thursday, August 22 2024 01:00AM EDT
• End: Thursday, August 22 2024 05:00AM EDT

During this time frame, users can expect the following:
• Workspace ONE Assist environment will be online and operational.
• Workspace ONE Assist users will be able to launch Remote Assist sessions.
• New Devices will be able to enroll/register into Remote Assist server.
