Maintenance Window:
Start: Friday, June 9th, 2023, 01:00 UTC
End: Friday, June 9th, 2023, 05:00 UTC

Change:
MyWorkspaceONE and Support portal will undergo network maintenance.

Customer Impact:
- MyWorkspaceONE and Support portal will be unavailable for customers during this maintenance
- Workspace ONE UEM SaaS customers cannot schedule UEM Major or Patch Upgrades
- Workspace ONE UEM On Premises customers cannot generate installation tokens for Workspace ONE UEM installers
- Customers cannot open support cases using the legacy My Workspace ONE support form.
- Customers can still open support cases through alternate channels such as Customer Connect (more info here: https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/88394)
- Customers can expect intermittent connectivity during the maintenance window and are recommend to avoid using the portal during this time

120 minutes of downtime
