Horizon Cloud NextGen will undergo a maintenance to Migrate Redis in regional Kubernetes clusters from hosted on Kubernetes to Azure managed Redis in Germany West Central Region is scheduled in the below maintenance window

Horizon Cloud Maintenance Window:
Start: Monday, March 20, 2023, 23:00 UTC
End: Tuesday, March 21, 2023, 00:00 UTC

Impact:
During this maintenance when regional services are restarted and there is a change in Redis this would mean virtual desktops agent not be able to register to the connection broker.
New users trying to get to a desktop will not be able to do so but existing users already connected will still remain connected. This will last 3-5 mins for every region.
