Maintenance Details: Horizon Cloud Service is implementing a management device upgrade in the GERMANY - Frankfurt datacenter during this maintenance window.
Horizon Cloud Maintenance Window: Start: Saturday, June 12, 2021, 01:00 UTC End: Saturday, June 12, 2021, 04:00 UTC Data Centre Affected: GERMANY - Frankfurt
Impacted: Admins: Intermittently customer admin will not be able to perform provisioning and power operations of VDI's from the admin portal for 30 minutes in the total scheduled window. End Users: Intermittently new user's connections will be impacted for 15 minutes of the total scheduled window.
Not Impacted: All the portal availability, connected/existing user sessions will be working fine as expected.
Impact Duration: During the maintenance work window, there will be 30 minutes of customer impact expected.
