Horizon Cloud Team has identified an issue with core vCenter of your Horizon Cloud environment in the USA - Virginia data center. Currently, our engineering team is working with a high priority on fixing the issue. We will keep you posted with updates.

Please be advised that Horizon Cloud will be performing maintenance on management devices during this maintenance window. We need to do DLR and edge redeploy for WDC-Core VC and we need 30 minutes of down time for DLR and edge redeploy.

• Virtual Desktops power operations - During this Window power operations to existing Virtual Desktops will be impacted.
• Changes to the existing pool – Any pool changes will be impacted.

Impact Duration:
A short (not more than 30 minutes) customer impact is expected during this maintenance activity.
