AWCM Maintenance Connection Errors

Incident Report for VMware Workspace ONE

Resolved

During planned AWCM maintenance in the the United Kingdom datacenter issues were encountered that may have caused AWCM connection errors. This may have affected production environments in the datacenter.

The issues have now been resolved but customers may need to restart any on-premises hosted VMware Workspace ONE integration modules, such as AirWatch Cloud Connector(ACC), VMware Tunnel, and etc. to resolve any connectivity issues.
