Workspace ONE Access will be performing a DNS update in the US environment (*.vmwareidentity.com) on Thursday, April 27, 2023 between 02:30 and 03:30 EST. DNS records for cas.vmwareidentity.com and certproxy.vmwareidentity.com will be updated using the existing Workspace ONE Access published IP Addresses for the US region. There will be no downtime during this maintenance, however, some Android SSO or Certificate Authentication requests may receive a connection reset response during the update. Requests are expected to succeed when retried.
