Workspace ONE Access is performing maintenance on databases in the GovCloud region for domain access.gc3.workspaceone-gov.com on Thursday, September 21st between 17:00 and 21:00 PDT.
During the maintenance, there will be brief service disruptions impacting new login requests, directory sync, and administrator changes. The disruptions are expected to cumulatively be less than 10 minutes total. Customers might observe higher request latency, a timeout, or a server error response. Users logged in before the maintenance window still will be able to access most service features.
