Horizon Cloud Service is performing emergency maintenance to resolve a critical issue for the Data Centre location you are located in during this maintenance window.
Horizon Cloud Emergency Maintenance Window: • Start: Friday, February 19, 2021 at 06:15 UTC • End: Friday, February 19, 2021 at 06:30 UTC • Data Centre: USA - Virginia
Impacted: • Provisioning of new Virtual Desktops - During this window provision of new Virtual Desktops will be impacted. • Virtual Desktops power operations - During this window power operations to existing virtual desktops will be impacted. • Changes to existing pool – Any pool changes will not be available.
Impact Duration: • During the maintenance work window, there will be 15 minutes of customer impact expected.
