VMware Workspace ONE detected a network infrastructure issue within the datacenter. To resolve the issue proactively and maintain SLA, preventative maintenance will be carried out.

Maintenance Window:
• Start: Thursday 16th June at 16:00 UTC
• End: Thursday 16th June at 18:00 UTC

Downtime:
Customers may experience connectivity issues to environments for a period of no longer than 5 minutes

Change:
Failing over network infrastructure in the Australia based datacenter

Customer Impact:
My Workspace ONE portal has been updated for all customers in scope for this maintenance.

Customers leveraging on-premises hosted VMware Workspace ONE integration modules such as VMware Workspace ONE Cloud Connector (ACC), VMware Enterprise System Connect (VESC), VMware Tunnel, Mobile Access Gateway (MAG), Secure Email Gateway (SEG) may require a service restart in case of intermittent issues post change. If issues persist after service restart, please engage VMware Workspace ONE Support for further assistance.
