Horizon Cloud Service is performing management device upgrade on Data Centre location you are located in during this maintenance window.
Horizon Cloud Maintenance Window: • Start: Sunday, February 28, 2021 at 04:00 UTC • End: Sunday, February 28, 2021 at 11:00 UTC • Data Centre: USA - Virginia
Impact Duration: During the maintenance work window, there will be 30 minutes of customer impact expected.
Impacted • For Admins: Intermittently customer admin will not be able to perform Provisioning & power operations of VDI's from the admin portal for the amount of 30 mins in the total schedule window • For Users: Intermittently new users connections will be impacted for 15 mins of the total time window
Not Impacted: All the portal availability, connected/existing user sessions will be working fine as expected.
